New Hope Resources
Supporting Autism Treatment and Research In Vietnam

Imagine welcoming your first child into the world... a bright spot of joy in your life...the inspiration for so many of your thoughts, hopes, and dreams of the future.  But as the months go by you have a growing sense that something is not quite right with your child. Painfully, you listen to the doctor report that your precious child has a disorder that will disrupt his or her life, possibly forever.  You are told there are treatments that may help your child, but you need to get started immediately!

Suddenly, saving your child becomes a consuming pursuit. You search night and day for a cure, a treatment, any bit of information that will bring some semblance of “normalcy” back to your child and your family.

Now imagine your plight if there were no books in the library, no helpful internet websites, nor any trained professionals in your country to explain this disorder to you or teach you how to help your child recover.  Hundreds, perhaps thousands of parents in Vietnam don’t have to imagine this horror story.  They live it everyday.

Our Mission
